We have hometays all around the UK from London to Belfast and Edinburgh.
The majority of our host families are in the centres or suburbs of major cities. If you need to be close to a smaller town, please complete our enquiry form and we'll see if we can help.
For individuals and groups
Many of our adult guests are international students studying at a university or language school. You can also be a tourist! Homestay is a great way for people of any age to get to know another culture.
Homestay is an excellent way for junior students to experience another culture. It has a positive effect on their understanding of the world. It can even effect their study and career choices – it's that powerful!
We organise homestays for large summer schools as well as smaller adult education and professional development groups. If you're a group leader, tour guide or school please get in touch and we'll work with your numbers!
It's possible to host a whole family over one or more homestays. This is good for mixed study travel groups of adults and children or parents who wish to bring younger children.
Most of our homestays have single or twin rooms or a combination of the two. Some rooms are available with en-suite facilities at an additional charge. If you are an individual student, in some cases, you may be in the same homestay as another student but you will always have your own room.
Single rooms are best for adults or older children.
Twin rooms are best for groups of junior students.
We have a full range of board types to cater for your particular needs. For example, some schools and tour groups will offer lunch and dinner so it is not needed at the homestay. If your homestay is self-catering your host family will make sure you have kitchen facilities to prepare your own meals.
